Virtual Zumba can be done seated or standing. The class is based on pairing adaptive dance moves to music with a good beat. It is great fun as well as a good work out.
The Burke Amputee Support Group is open to patients at Burke and Community members living with an amputation. The Burke Amputee Support Group and provides tools, resources and a forum to connect with others. The group meets virtually on the last Tuesday of the month.
